PVR INOX Barter Sales - Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Barter Sales : Feasibility & Revenue Planning (AOP).
- Driving revenue goals with full adherence to sales GTM plans, Barter Policy & guidelines.
- Pursuing Barter Sales: Identification, Pitching, Follow-ups, Negotiation, Closure & Execution of Clients.
- Regular Barter Sales Reviews: Pipeline.
- Closures & YTD Performance.
- Regular Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration: With Commercial & other concerned
departments on barter requisitions, deliveries and execution.
- Monthly Reconciliation with Accounts: Barter Closures & Consumptions.
Experience Preference:
- Proven experience in developing media pitches and brand solutions for diverse clients.
- Good media sales exposure of handling big corporate businesses.
Skill Competence :
- Strong Interpersonal, PR & Negotiation skills.
- Creative, Analytical & Problem-Solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT).
