Job Description :   Responsibilities :   The position will be responsible for all facets of accounting and financial management for the Project Accounting for the Company and will be based out of Corporate Office at Gurgaon.   Accounting, Tax & Audit :   - Ensuring the robustness of accounting systems to ensure that statutory, accounting and financial records, are maintained for the company   - Ensuring the accounting for the New Cinema Project Capex and the Capex for the Operational Cinema is accounted timely and correctly.   - Ensuring payments are released to Vendors, Lenders, Developers, Contractors, Landlords, and other parties on time and against formally approved documents.  - Ensuring the reconciliation of the Vendors, Developers and Contractors is being done as per the decided frequency.   - Reporting and highlighting issues that need immediate attention of the operational, project and other management teams.   - Ensuring compliance to all systems and processes laid down for Finance, Accounts and taxation.  Decision Support :   - Assist the Financial Controller in development, revision and monitoring of various processes   - Financial and Business evaluation of various Operations related Initiatives  Compliance :   - Ensuring compliance to Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, Principles and guidelines.  Reporting Relationship :   - The position would report to Financial Controller of the Company  - There is a team of 3 Persons who would report into the Position.  Experience :   - The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with atleast 4-6 years post qualification experience in a similar role with experience of managing medium to large size accounting team Or The Incumbent may be B.Com/M.Com with 10-12 years of the Similar Experience.  Industry Suitable :   Hospitality, Construction/ Infra/ Engineering, Retail, EPC with the persons handling the Capex / Project Accounting work in their organization.
