Key Responsibilities: - In partnership with the global senior leadership team, set strategy and direction for the Indian market, aligned with Purpose's global strategy - Manage and grow the India customer base - Provide a summary of the stakeholder landscape to inform future proposals - Build relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials - Coach, develop, and grow the team Does this sound like you?: - Minimum of 10 years of senior business development experience in India, with a strong track record of achievement, ideally in a social impact context - Experience building partnerships with corporates, philanthropists, and government - Strong awareness and expertise in at least one of Purpose's campaign focus areas - Track-record of having built and sustained a team culture Salary offered will be commensurate with a candidate's qualification and experience.
