- We are looking for a leader in Digital Marketing who can scale our platform to new users and build the D2C brands forward to market leadership. The incumbent of the role shall work with the Founders to deliver on all the major KPIs for the business. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for setting the overall organization wide Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across multiple channels - Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue for the company and its Beauty Brands - Own & deliver on user growth targets for the platform. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs. - Devise the strategy and lead the in-house teams across key channels like SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Digital Media (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic & Video), OTTs, Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks & App Growth strategies), Facebook & Google channels. Create and lead an ambitious, best-in-class digital team and agency partners - Apply customer and channel insights to evolve our customer segmentation strategy for omni-channel growth. - Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and quality. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments. - Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/Branch as partners - Lead MarTech charter cross functionally with Product and Tech teams to build cutting edge solutions for advanced customer targeting- What to Bring: - 9+ years of experience in leadership roles in digital & performance marketing in high-growth companies - MBA from Premier Institute with B.Tech and experience in Consumer Tech full funnel businesses preferred - Experience of building and leading a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Experience in online brand building and designing awareness campaigns - Strong mobile app marketing and analytics experience with proven track record of growing MAUs by multi-million - Experience developing large GTMs with deep user segmentation and marketing strategy - Advanced ability to mine data and build actionable and rich business insights - Expertise in giving structure to ambiguous business problems and creating business frameworks - Thorough understanding and hands on experience of Bid Optimisers, RTB, DMPs, Clickstream Analytics tools, App Attribution Platforms etc
