Purchase Manager - Industrial (5-10 yrs)
- Responsible for Procurement of RM, general engineering items, packing material, capital equipments, electrical / electronic items and indirect material supplies.
- Price forecasting, strategic planning and decisions.
- Implementation of purchase policies, Standard operating procedures-SOP & manage the purchasing processes.
- Market Intelligence: Identify new processes, new materials, new technology.
- Sourcing materials & services.
- Negotiating with vendors.
- Preparation of MIS.
- Monitor development progress at regular intervals for customer requirements.
- Procurement of finished goods and materials.
B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering having 5 to 15 years experience in similar discipline. Candidate having experience in project engineering companies is preferred.
