- Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar for owned brands including budget, ATL/BTL etc. in alignment with the overall portfolio plans in order to meet AOP Targets
- Own & drive the GTM development process for brand/s, ensuring cross-functional working to develop & deliver impactful campaigns.
- Generate insights by leveraging data and consumer / market research to design value propositions and marketing strategy
- Monitor the competitive landscape regularly and basis insights generated, make required recommendations w.r.t. to design, pricing, customer experience, etc.
- Define the customer journey and site experience elements for the brand/s
- Develop a close understanding of the TG/s for the brand and take all decisions with a customer first approach
- Liaise with external agencies to develop high quality brand assets for building consumer affinity and driving sales
- Lead the product training for all functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging
- Support the team in driving successful product launches, activations and marketing initiatives
