Program Manager - Defense Business
- Position: Program manager
- Location: Gurgaon, sec 32, Head office
- Reporting to: SBU Head
Job Description :
- Business Development in Defence & Aerospace sectors,
- Bidding for tenders for upcoming projects
- Key Account Manager for one of the key customer of the SBU
- Program management of any critical project end to end
- Be an integral part of the implementation team of any Joint Venture with Punj Lloyd Ltd
- Would be responsible for Project deliverables like :
- Obtaining all the necessary licenses and fulfilling of all the legal formalities
- Procurement and commissioning of tools and machines
- Manpower planning
- Management Information System
- Review and gap analysis against the Business plan and SLA with customer
- Audit of the process
Job specification and Key skills :
- BE / B Tech from premier institute with min 5 years exp in similar roles
- MBA/PGDBM from IIMs or ISB
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in defense sector business preferred.
