Puniska Group - Equity Investment Head/Equity Fund Manager (15-20 yrs)
Position : Head of Equity Investment/ Equity Fund Manager
We are looking for an experienced top-level professional to head the business of equity investment in discretionary and Non-discretionary PMS.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Head the business of equity Investment in discretionary and non-discretionary PMS- and manage equity funds.
- Create long-term investing philosophy and construct portfolio.
- Think strategically and develop innovative investment strategies that maximize the return.
- Prepare and execute the plan to expand the financial services vertical as a business.
- Understand budgets and business-planning. Manage the budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Network among intermediaries, investment Bankers, HNI for identifying deals across various sectors.
- Investment process creation Manage investments and day to day operation of the fund.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring the fund.
- Understand the goal, vision of group & effectively use it to grow the capital/business.
- Build team & lead a team of investment professionals.

Experience:
- Minimum Experience in Equity financial market 15+ Years & Minimum Five year at senior Position.
Qualification:
- Professional degree requirements (CFA, CA, MBA From a reputed Business School)
Preferred prior experience:
- Chief investment officer/fund manager/strategist in PMS, AMC house, Brokers, Investment firms, family office. Have a proven track record of effectively managing funds while making equity investments.
