Regional Operations Manager We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager who would drive sales the partner, retail and large format secondary sales organically. You will be directly reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for your respective region achieve given annual targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Achieve net sales across retail points like stores, LFRs, SIS etc. - Earn planned GP keeping a close watch on discount &amp; OVC. - Forecast budgeting. - Manage day to day operations at store level. - Maintaining all SOPs to T to ensure quality sales. - Align partners with SOPs for store. - Keeping all deposits from partners up to date. - Close watch on DSO. - All agreements and PSTS up to date. - Plan sales from other avenues as per company policies. - Maximize new initiative - Check and maintain SVR scores and track them on a weekly basis. - Make sure that the KPIs are met at store level. - Weekly review of KPIs with ARMs. - Timely store opening. - Align with VM and training to facilitate KPIs. - Tracking competition. - Launching store promo timely and correctly. - Align with merchants for timely season launch. - Keep an eye on partner P &amp; L / Store EBIT.
