We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help the organization find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts - Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans - Lead employment branding initiatives - Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs - Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) - Ideate and implement hiring process, assessment process, interview feedback mechanisms etc. and take steps to ensure positive candidate experience - Identify and develop hiring sources and manage recruiting partners - Develop and drive campus branding initiatives and build PUMA as an employer of choice at leading colleges - Drive internship program. Identify select colleges and work with functional managers to give out projects. Review of interns with the functional managers and identify talent for placement offers - Understand PUMA global employer branding social media handles and seamlessly integrating local initiatives to global platforms - Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement - Identify new/updated tools of recruitment as per the changing business needs and periodic review to ensure suitability and relevance - To excel as a Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
