You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.<br><br> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <br><br> -  Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts<div><p><br></p> -  Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans</div><div><p><br></p> -  Lead employment branding initiatives</div><div><p><br></p> -  Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs</div><div><p><br></p> -  Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)</div><p><br></p><div> -  Ideate and implement hiring process, assessment process, interview feedback mechanisms etc. and take steps to ensure positive candidate experience</div><div><p><br></p> -  Identify and develop hiring sources and manage recruiting partners</div><div><p><br></p> -  Develop and drive campus branding initiatives and build PUMA as an employer of choice at leading colleges</div><div><p><br></p> -  Drive internship program. Identify select colleges and work with functional managers to give out projects. Review of interns with the functional managers and identify talent for placement offers</div><div><p><br></p> -  Understand PUMA global employer branding social media handles and seamlessly integrating local initiatives to global platforms</div><div><p><br></p> -  Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement<br><br> -  Identify new/updated tools of recruitment as per the changing business needs and periodic review to ensure suitability and relevance<br><br>- To excel as a Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
