Position Summary & Key Objectives :

To Drive CRM program through SMS, Email, web-push, and in-app/push notifications to engage PUMA customers

- Deliver Repeat Revenue/higher lifetime value through campaigns and strategy execution

- Deliver revenue via app push notifications - Map out customer decision journey on app and apply automated push and in-app notifications

- Audience strategy and performance reporting set up for other digital marketing channels

- Brand/Store/Regional Activation

Objectives :

1. Drive Repeat purchase through activation of customer segments by identification of customer needs according to their profiles

2. Development of Offer Management Engine and using intelligence to map customer profiles

3. Identifying customer insights and use them to design and drive marketing campaigns, product launch, store openings and promotional events.

4. Brand/Store/Regional Activation through common promotional touch points and identifying special days throughout the year to be used for creating special store benefits.

5. Development and driving adoption of reporting framework for performance marketing

6. Coordinating with various departments to develop and execute campaigns for driving engagement among existing customers

7. Ensuring data driven decision making for marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications and Functional Competencies :

- MBA from a Tier I Business School. Preferably graduate in engineering/science

- Experience in eCommerce/Retail industry

- Acumen for advanced analytics - some coding (SQL) background/advance excel skills is preferable

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills
