Focus on Merchandise planning from channel perspective and requirement along with aligning with other channels on company level. 2. Driving net sales and GP for the channel 3. Efficient stock purchase and supply for better sell thru 4. Ensuring right product view on platforms with uniform supply of inventory & planned change overs. 5. Focus on development along with category for additional opportunities. 6. Work along with other teams for promotions and pricing 7. Provide leadership, development and guidance to the team for the execution of strategies. 8. Review the business plan and strategies from time to time to factor in any additional changes or improvement. 9. Coordinate with the Sales team & Platforms to discuss ongoing analysis and feedback regarding the inventory turnover of different products.
