Objective : Lead a team in helping close customers reconciliations for 300+ customers independently and with minimum loses and leakages KPI : - Timely closure of reconciliation as per reconciliation calendar - Overall reconciliation process improvement over a period of 6-12 months Functional Competencies : - Post graduation degree in Finance - Minimum 7 years of experience in reconciling books of accounts, overall experience of 10+ years in finance related profile - Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage - Ability to think innovatively and bring change to current process of reconciliation by using automation/various tools - Excellent working knowledge of excel is a must - Ability to handle and comprehend huge data - Good managerial skills and ablility to lead a team - Open to domestic travel and ability to close reconciliation issues with the customer independently
