We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship of the company with its key customers. The candidate will responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers and will be able to identify customer needs and requirements to promote Puma business in the channel. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Responsibilities : - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key customers to ensure Puma leadership in the channel - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams - Responsible for the overall top line and bottom line for the business generated through Key Customers - Drive the business cross functionally - working closely with Product, Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams - Facilitate and own the overall account and opportunity planning process from inception to completion. - Will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and satisfaction by developing a deep customer knowledge and influence through forging executive relationships across all customer lines of business- Category, Finance, Marketing and Operations, strengthening Puma's reputation as a proven partner, increasing customer satisfaction and Puma's revenues and footprint within the channel - Develop Business through category expansion and new customer acquisition
