Main Purpose :&nbsp; Responsible for the setup and administration of master data in multiple IT systems by adhering to processes and controls to ensure master data quality Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Maintain Group Bank Accounts across Puma globally - Set-up accounts for MT101/940 swift messages to allow us STP-processes for payments and bank reconciliation. Requires co-ordination with Fides and banks. - Perform bank admin activities for e-banking platforms as applicable - Manage static data in Treasury Management System - Liaise with various internal teams to resolve banking queries, access requests etc - Work with various stakeholders to understand their bank account data requirements - Understand data structure, data interfaces and how data flows and transforms from one system to another. - Act as an SME for any bank account related questions and coordinate with various stakeholders - Ensure compliance with global BAM policies - Implement process controls &amp; improvements for prevention of data quality issues and integrity across key systems. - Perform reconciliations with FIDES &amp; internal databases to ensure the data is accurate and trigger action items if any with respective owners. - Assist Internal Audit on the bi-annual audit exercise - Monitor payment queries from FIDES &amp; core group banks and route them to concerned teams for necessary action in a timely manner. - Track various debt documents related information comprising of all relevant details on record and ensure they are kept upto date. - Prepare and publish the monthly region-wise dashboards Experience:&nbsp; - Degree with a major in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent - Understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance as it relates to banking operations, &amp; overall Finance. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Experience in Treasury Management Systems such as IT2 (preferred), Kyriba, SAP, etc along with workflows such as KissFlow (preferred), Alfresco, SharePoint etc. - Highly proficient Personal Computer skills and technology driven with proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships - Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and analytical abilities Skills :&nbsp; - Bank Accounts Management - Static/Master Data Management Key Relationships: - Various Banks (External) - Affiliates, Supply, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Internal Audit &amp; Controls - FIDES (External)
