Puma - Business Intelligence Analyst (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:.

- Work with multiple stakeholders and departments to Design and Develop Power BI Dashboards.

- Streamline processes and data flows from various system.

- Define key metrics and indicators for measurements. Conduct a thorough and precise analysis for the defined business requirements.

- Stay on top of the key business metrics, analyze them, and provide actionable business insights to help improve business outcomes.

- Maintain project documentation, drive process compliance and knowledge sharing to improve productivity and BI adoption.

- Work with IT and Business Solution team to develop data automation solutions.

- Support various teams and projects with data analysis.

- Work with Large data sets and support business with data solutions.

- Driving and supporting short term and long term initiatives.

Key Deliverables:

- Development of Key Reports on BI.

- Automating and streamlining Data flow.

- Supporting business decision making through Analytical solutions and Data driven insights.

- Adoption of BI across organization.

- Build Reporting and Data strategy for the Organization.

Required Qualification:

- 2-5 years of experience working as BI/Data Analyst.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a dynamic and ambiguous situation.

- Strong team management, stakeholder management and co-ordination skills.

- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and strong problem-solving skills.

- Advanced level of knowledge in Excel and SQL.

- Basic understanding of data modelling tools like R and Python will be a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

- Work experience in Retail, Ecommerce, Analytics Consulting companies

- Experience in leading BI and analytics projects, and stakeholder management.
