Job Responsibilities : 1) Recruitment : - Responsible for all recruitment at store level of the assigned region - Maintain calendar for recruitment drives & campus drives - Innovate to create unique channels of sourcing - Shortlisting CVs from various job portals and cold calling for lining up interviews - Promote employee referral - Salary negotiation & offer rollout 2) Joining Formalities & induction : - Documentation & file maintenance of all new joinees and existing employees. - Induction of new joinees & smooth onboarding as per laid out policies and procedures 3) Employee Engagement : - Execute engagement at store level as per the calendar launched by HO - Regular one-one sessions with store teams - Grievance handling & appropriate escalation for timely resolution 4) HR Operations : - Maintain various MIS Reports
