Responsibilities:
- Should have 10 + years of experience managing dynamic teams focused on developing clients through digital marketing practices
- Should have experience managing large teams and key client relationships
- Responsible for the commercial management of a group of clients and management and development of account teams under their supervision. Contributes to new business development activity and leads new pitches.
- Form a strategic partnership with clients by ensuring a deep understanding of their business and the industry they operate in and make quality recommendations
- Build and maintain progressive client relationships
- Client engagement and commercial negotiation
- Client strategy development and the production and quarterly review of key account plans.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with sponsors at the clients end and internal project reviews
- Closely working with the creative, development and delivery teams
- Financial management and reporting of client portfolio
- Maintaining team motivation, developing and retaining key team members
Qualifications and Experience:
- Exhibits detailed awareness and knowledge of the web (today and tomorrow)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to go beyond the specifications of the job profile if required to complete an assigned responsibility
- A previous excellent track record from a digital marketing agency
- Has expertise and knowledge of digital solutions
- Strong understanding of commercials
- Proven track record in developing client relationships at senior levels
- Proven ability to sell and deliver programs
- Experienced in leading and developing senior teams
