Job Role : Client leadership and relationship : - Determine how the idea will be affected by media choice and guide the central client on how these channels could work together to create an integrated offering - Establish central client's available budget and timescales for the campaign, where possible - Challenge the brief to ensure the optimisation of the client's marketing budget - Create a multi- disciplinary team who will generate a strong sense of partnership with clients and so ignite the right conversations - Ensure central client is on board with the creative development - Lead presentations of innovative creative ideas/story lines/story boards to clients with Creative team that will ignite conversations - Provide client with valuable creative solutions to business issues; give client the confidence to take risks in relation to ideas - Recommend and nurture original and business changing creative ideas to client that change conversations - Identify client's communications needs through all channels - guide client on how these channels should work together to create an integrated offering - Develop a strong rationale for selling in creative work - fight for the best work in any Agency/Client forum - Persuade client to - buy the creative ideas, by underpinning them with carefully considered reasons - Ensure central client is on board with creative idea - Counsel central clients and provide strategic insights on business and commercial issues so that Publicis becomes a respected and trusted advisor and an integral part of the client's marketing team - Manage and build the overall global network client relationship, based on Publicis contribution to business growth - develop opportunities to strengthen the agency/client relationship - Ensure central client is up- dated with agency wins and developments, show examples of great work across disciplines - Educate central client on how to recognise and evaluate creativity Strategic development : - Provide intelligent and innovative advice to optimise client's marketing budget and brief - Develop insightful creative brief, and communication strategies, with Worldwide Planner, ensuring it is - on strategy - Define communication idea which can be leveraged holistically/has multi-channel potential - Ensure central client is on board with creative brief - involves them in the development of the creative brief - Influence and facilitate the creation of an idea which will contribute to the success of a brand and ignite the right conversations Team management : - Ensure the flow of brand information is fluid (within the network) - Promote open, collaborative, supportive and dynamic relationships throughout the network - Improve team productivity through coaching, regular constructive feedback, process improvement and effective leadership - Manage and develop team members careers of the central account team and create a professional plan for their advancement - Establish goals that the central team will achieve for its client(s) and create a strong team spirit, so its members achieve those goals in a creative, co- operative way - Monitor the central and local senior resources needed for the client - ensure the right mix of skills and experience to deliver on the client's needs
