I) PR roadmap: Develop the PR strategy for the next 1-2 years . Create a PR roadmap along with the PR agency to build the brand across multiple stakeholders - Private forums, Talent and Public / Government agencies. These will require:

- Identifying avenues to promote the brand

- Develop a structural process internally to create engagement content based on stakeholder audience

- Manage the PR agency and create a framework to measure effectiveness

II) Influencing Policy Making:

- Generate 10X impact by identifying various policy initiatives to help promote small business and individual entrepreneurs to sell. This will involve, but not limited to:

- Identifying forums to promote brand as an ambassador for India's SMBs, MSMEs and individual online sellers

- Manage and develop relationships with key public policy stakeholders

- Develop compelling content (white papers etc.) to influence policy stakeholders

III) Product and Data guidelines: Work in collaboration with legal to track the latest data laws in the country and create structural systems within to enable faster decision making within multiple teams.

These projects will deliver the next S-curve .

This will involve:

- Identifying public /private avenues to promote as a key stakeholder in policy making on data laws

- Develop compelling content (white papers etc.) to influence Data law policies

IV) Team building / coaching:

- Build an outstanding team of Managers and content writes in the Public Policy office. Build leverage by grooming and coaching them to being future managers

What are we looking for?

- 2 to 5 years of total work experience with the following:

- Experience in startups / tech companies in similar roles will be great

- Preferably candidates with Master's degree in relevant field

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills

- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organisation

- Experience in team building, managing and coaching will be a plus

Note: experience with government policies and handling complaints of the customer.
