ROLE
- Build and maintain great working relationships with all teams across the organization.
- Enabling reportees to fulfill their roles by offering necessary guidance, support, and training.
- Distinct improvement in quality of output by new joinees
- Self-motivated, manages own time effectively
- Motivating team members to work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
- Regular communication with HR team and business. Following the stipulated escalation process for client / people issues
- Review time sheets of reportees and ensure optimum utilization of the team
- Play the role of a talent ambassador for the organisation
