We are seeking an energetic, analytical and experienced Commercial Insights Lead for our UQ (User Intelligence) team as we bring high quality medical technologies to low-resource environments around the world. Your role requires strong research methodology, interviewing, communication and critical thinking skills, creativity, and judgment, as well as the ability to work well on a geographically dispersed team.

Job Description :

- Conduct market analysis to understand market landscape, available solutions and technologies, and med-tech market trends and value chain of products

- Design and Conduct market research to understand

- Maintain and grow active network of hospital administrators, procurement professionals, relevant competitors, distributors and subject matter experts for occasional research purposes

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA in Marketing or related field

- 3-5 years of work experience including relevant experience in market researcher in medical technology

- Expertise in quantitative research including pricing methods and market size modeling

- Strong experience in qualitative research methodologies

- Experience working in hospital settings in India with doctors/medical practitioners (government/private) and other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Experience in other developing countries is a bonus

- Willing to work in small groups with minimal supervision and flexible work hours

- Good networking and communication skills

- Professional fluency in oral and written English

- Working knowledge of MS office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Enthusiastic about writing and dialogue

- Passion to make a meaningful impact in global health
