Designation : Manager/ Assistant Vice President/ Vice President - Project Monitoring

Educational Qualification :

Essential : MBA/CA

Profile :

- Develop a string of monitoring mechanism for asset managed by PFS.

- Monitor progress of projects on ground as well as financially

- Interaction/liaison with borrower and various FIs/Banks

- Restructuring of stressed assets of PFS

- Ensure statutory and other compliances

Skills and Attributes :

- Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sector

- Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product.

- Knowledge of RBI prudential norms

- Must have successfully implemented restructuring of stressed assets.

- Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other infra sector like port, road etc would be added advantage

Experience : Candidate should have experience in monitoring & restructuring of projects in preferably Power Sector in banks/FIs/Financial Services Companies/ Consultancy firms etc. Depending on number of years of experience (between 7 to 15 years) and knowledge, candidates will be positioned in the level of Manager/AVP/VP.

Age : Between 28 - 40 years
