Designation : Manager/ Assistant Vice President/ Vice President - Business Development & Debt Syndication

Educational Qualification :
Essential : BE & MBA
Desirable : CFA
Profile :
- Spearhead lending banking business relating to syndication, underwriting through origination, structuring and execution
- Interaction/liaison with borrower and various FIs/Banks
- Activities relating to preparation of Information Memorandum
- To liaison with consultants, Lender's engineer (LE),Lender's Financial Advisor (LFA), Lender's Legal Counsel (LLC), Lender's Insurance Agent (LIA) etc.
- Monitor progress of projects on ground as well as financially
Skills and Attributes :
- Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sector
- Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product.
- Knowledge of finance viz, analysis of balance sheets, P&L accounts, cash flows, financial ratios, working capital, discounting techniques - IRR, NPVs, financial modeling
- Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other infra sector like port, road etc would be added advantage
Experience : Candidate should have experience in syndication, down-selling of proposals underwriting through origination, structuring and execution to other lenders. Preference will be given to those who have worked in banks/FIs/Financial Services Companies/ Consultancy firms etc. Depending on number of years of experience (between 7 to 15 years) and knowledge, candidates will be positioned in the level of Manager/AVP/ VP.
