PTC India Financial Services - Head - Financial Institution & SME Lending

- Build and scale a high quality and high teen RoE business by lending to small / medium customers (ticket size up to 50 crores) in e-mobility, infrastructure and NBFC sectors.

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the Company's business objectives, ensuring scalability and sustainable growth.

- Oversee due diligence, credit assessment and underwriting for new loans / products.

- Drive digital transformation and automation of processes including loan processing, project monitoring and reporting.

- Identify, develop and deploy tools for effective risk monitoring and performance tracking.

- Lead and mentor the team by fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, maintain transparency and adherence to legal requirements.
