About the Role : Inside Sales will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development team. The individual will be highly motivated, a self-starter and should be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Qualification - Identifying and qualify leads generated by the marketing team and set up the initial discussions

- Develop new business via telephone, email and social media campaigns and identify appropriate stakeholders within the target company.

- Build an in-depth understanding of Prozo's offering to clients. Understand prospective clients requirements and propose appropriate solutions

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects..

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships. Conduct follow-up conversations in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Help develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and the information is accurate

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Desired Candidate's Profile :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree

- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience handling team of Inside Sales representatives is preferred

- Background in supply chain management/ logistics and warehousing is preferred
