We are looking for customer obsessed, high-ownership and detail-oriented professionals to strengthen our Sales team Key Responsibility Areas: As a Sales team member, you will be responsible for: 1. Lead Generation: Utilize on ground visits, cold calling, and email to generate a sales funnel a) Nurture warm prospects and find new potential sales opportunities by understanding Prozo's offerings and use cases we solve b) Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage prospects' POCs for the next steps. 2. Consultative Selling: Expected to work as a solution sales expert and create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications 3. Commercial Scoping and Design: To work closely with the Solution Design (Pre-sales) team to drive solution designs, working on RFPs/Requirement documents for proposals, contracts/agreement closures and deal closures. 4. MIS & Reporting: Regular update of all clients on CRM and any other such data points sought by the CRO's Office. Your Skills And Experiences - 4-8 years of experience in front-end sales roles or Supply Chain Consulting roles - Preferred Industries: 3PL warehousing & freight, Supply chain consulting, technology - Strong commercial acumen - Extremely strong communication skills via phone and email - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure - An entrepreneurial mindset, sense of ownership to genuinely solve customer problems, become a trusted advisor to customers and make things happen gets brownie points. - Hunter mindset - Excellent team dynamics skills
