Prozo - Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Sales (4-20 yrs)
Prozo (www.prozo.com) is an end to end supply chain tech company building a fast fulfillment highway for SMEs, D2C brands and Enterprises. Prozo's key offerings are:
a. 3PL warehousing & fulfillment
b. Last mile freight (B2B & B2C)
c. Supply Chain tech stack (Prozo OMS, Prozo WMS, Pro Ship, Pro Insights, Pro Planning)
d. e-commerce distribution on 20+ online platforms;
We are looking for customer obsessed, high-ownership and detail-oriented professionals to strengthen our Sales team
Key Responsibility Areas:
As a Sales team member, you will be responsible for:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize on ground visits, cold calling, and email to generate a sales funnel
a. Nurture warm prospects and find new potential sales opportunities by understanding Prozo's offerings and use cases we solve
b. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage prospects' POCs for the next steps.
2. Consultative Selling: Expected to work as a solution sales expert and create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications
3. Commercial Scoping and Design: To work closely with the Solution Design (Pre-sales) team to drive solution designs, working on RFPs/Requirement documents for proposals, contracts/agreement closures and deal closures,
4. MIS & Reporting: Regular update of all clients on CRM and any other such data points sought by the CRO's Office.
Your Skills And Experiences:
a. 4-8 years of experience in front-end sales roles or Supply Chain Consulting roles
Preferred Industries: 3PL warehousing & freight, contract logistics, Supply chain consulting, technology
b. Strong commercial acumen
c. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
d. An entrepreneurial mindset, sense of ownership to genuinely solve customer problems, become a trusted advisor to customers and make things happen gets brownie points.
