Prozo is an integrated supply chain (end to end) company offering:

- Omni-channel warehousing & fulfilment

- Supply Chain Technology

- Multi-channel distribution on 20+ online platforms

We are a middleware between the brand and offline/online retailers and help small/medium size brands get a distinctive supply chain and distribution edge. With more than 500,000 sellers selling on online platforms and brands finding it more and more difficult to establish themselves on these platforms, Prozo helps these brands become supply chain and distribution-ready on these platforms by offering them "tech, fulfilment, and distribution" as-a-service.

As a part of expansion, we are focused on building our CEO's office team.

We are looking for some passionate, self-driven, go getters who will contribute in scaling and taking Prozo to the next level.

The CEO's office represents the CEO in the organization and works with a leadership team in the organization.

The team:

Helps monitor progress across functions and business units in achieving the company goals

Ensure key action plans/ projects are implemented as per timelines.

Prioritizes agenda and governance for the CEO's Office and regularly communicate priorities to a leadership.

Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure meetings with CEO are very effective and action items are followed through.

Brings together teams to accelerate cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy: Work on the co-creating medium- and long-term strategy of the company along with the senior stakeholders.

Implementation of strategy: Work with function teams (functional HoDs and their deputies) and ensure that the initiatives taken as a part of the strategic interventions are executed to the fullest extent and in a time-bound manner.

Operations Excellence: Identify key business drivers and ensure process efficiency. Identify gaps and plan interventions.

Special Projects: Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.

Team Building: Plan and optimise, organization structure and work to strengthen the middle management at Prozo. This would include working closely with talent recruiters as well as potential senior hires. Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

Company level performance management: Plan & drive a comprehensive dashboard to measure & drive company-level performance, both on input and output parameters. Help define OKRs and monitor those closely.

Competitve Landspace - Drive Competitor analysis, planning and managing strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Skills:

Desired Candidate's Profile:

Undergraduate from Tier 1 College with 4+ years of experience or MBA with 3+ years of experience

Preference for:

Professionals from consulting and startup background

Professionals having experience in working in a similar team/similar role (CEO's Office)

Professionals from startups in the supply chain domain/ e- commerce companies

Ex-founders
