You're ideal for this role, if:

What will you be doing?
- Lead a team to conduct iB Cricket events to increase brand awareness, generate leads and other business metrics in cities assigned to you
- Identify and schedule events at the best suitable venues (Corporates, Colleges, Malls, Cafes etc)
- Schedule, conduct and monitor product demos required to finalize the event venues.
- Plan logistics and travel effectively for the teams as per the events schedule
- Ensure high participation and engagement at the events
- Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and achieve targets
- Ensure that the hosts (Corporates, Colleges etc.) are highly satisfied with the deliverables and are interested to associate long term with iB Cricket
- Ensure all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed by the teams. It includes, generating leads, sharing suggestions with central team, generating content for social media, maintaining leads database, troubleshooting issues, etc.
- Identify and Onboard sponsors for iB Cricket events in cities assigned to you. Maintain good relations with them for a long term association
- As and when required, participate in the end-to-end sales cycle of premium iB Cricket products
- Flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the company
- Responsible to do any acitivity required to achieve the assigned weekly and monthly targets
What are we looking for?
- Proven sales experience of 3+ years as an individual contributor and 1+ years experience in managing teams
- An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills
- Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination
- Experience in executing events/brand activations is an added advantage
- People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience
- Ability and flexibility to travel frequently based on the requirement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Languages known:
Native speaker of Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati
Excellent Proficiency in English
CTC, Work Location & Working Days:
CTC: Upto 12 LPA
Training will be in Hyderabad for 6-8 weeks.
Work location will be allotted in one of the cities (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad)
6 - Day Week
Weekends will be a working day. Week-off will be on weekdays
