Prowess Advisors seeks highly motivated, enterprising, mature individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and a high level of integrity at Associate level position at its office in Bangalore.

Experience :

- The candidate should preferably be a Chartered Accountant / MBA (premier institutes only) with 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking.

- The candidate should have hands on experience in private equity, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory services and shall have completed one complete transaction from pitch till final closure. The candidate shall be willing to travel extensively for the transactions.

Job Description :

- Preparation of financial model and information memorandum

- Preparation of investor presentation and Investment teasers

- Business and industry research

- Preparation of pitch books to support business development initiatives

- Participation in client meetings
