Prowess Advisors seeks highly motivated, enterprising, mature individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and a high level of integrity at Analyst level position at its office in Bangalore.

Experience :

- The candidate should preferably be a MBA (premier institutes only) / Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking / Equity Research Firms / Market Research Agencies. The candidate should have proficiency in financial modeling, preparation of investment / market presentations and should have fair bit knowledge around Valuation methodologies and current trends.

- The candidate shall be willing to travel extensively for the transactions and must necessarily be a go-getter from the point of view execution and should be highly analytical in his approach.

Job Description :

- Proficiency in developing financial model and information memorandum

- Preparation of investor presentation, investment teasers and pitch decks

- Work with team on business and industry research

- Knowledge around valuation methodologies and latest trends

- Preparation of pitch books to support business development initiatives

- Participation in client meetings
