Job Description: Business Operations Manager
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our company's day-to-day operations, administrative processes, and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing efficiency, enhancing productivity, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills, a strong grasp of business operations, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. The position will report to Head Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee administrative functions including office management, facilities maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance organizational efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative operations.
- Manage the end-to-end human resources lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and offboarding.
- Manage travel and billing/invoicing functions in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Establish effective communication channels across departments and external stakeholders, manage CRM tools and assist in business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive interdepartmental initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, related field master's degree preferred.
- Language proficiency: Strong command over English. Proficiency in German would be added advantage.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business operations, administrative management, and human resources roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
