Manager - Business Development - IT / Software Sales
- Attaining monthly and quarterly sales target.
- Overseeing all the aspects of business development & sales.
- Coordinating international sales & marketing activities.
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation & closure targets.
- Making cold calls and qualifying prospects from various lead sources.
- Sustaining a high level of call volume.
- Creating proposals, RFP, RFI, agreement documents and invoice documents.
- Following end to end process right from the project closure till delivery, followed by the closure of final payment.
- Coordinating with the technical team for the appropriate delivery of the project.
- Following-up on leads from phone inquiries and referrals.
- Assisting in sales proposals and preparing quotes for customers.
- Coordinating with the design and development team for successful deliveries of all the projects on time and maintaining delivery quality.
- On time deployment of appropriate resources for clients in TnM model.
