Protiviti - Senior Manager/Manager - Business Research (10-14 yrs)

- In this leadership role he/ she would help shape the various services being delivered out of the center and lead the delivery team

- Manage Clients and stakeholder's expectations, front end with clients for team members, assist the team in meeting clients expectations

- Drive Quality - Ensure Protiviti standards are maintained in work of team members, drive the quality process within research team with diligence

- Vision - Is expected to align with the organization and team's vision and lead the team towards achieving the vision

- Is expected to have technical know-how and expertise in in-depth secondary research, benchmarking, financial understanding to support client requirements and lead teams within

- Should have strong working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Power point, excel, word etc. and capability and openness to work on other tools

- Should be open to work on newer work streams, provide good thinking in building processes, and establishing teams for these

- Drive creative thinking in - Knowledge Management- area and an active participation in executing various initiatives on the same

- Recruitment - will be responsible for recruitment of various positions

- Trainings - will have to think and ideate around trainings that can be provided to team members and the overall process

- Ability to lead team; Should possess strong people management/ team leadership skills

- Develop a deep understanding of Protiviti solution and industry types so as to be able to lead the team to research, build presentations etc.

- Is expected to drive innovation & creativity continuously within his/her team and raise the bar to help take the team to a more mature state

- Will be expected to deal with ambiguity, manage emergency situations, lead teams in times of pressure, multi-tasking will be a key requirement of the role

- Will be expected to leverage upon his/her experience and knowledge of best practices

- Will be expected to train, motivate and lead a team - take ownership for their output

- Attrition - will be responsible for managing and restricting attrition of high performing individuals of the team, and drive positivity within the team at large

- Assist the leader with marketing initiatives for the team and other areas in general

- Manage administrative tasks such as approvals, interacting with HR/Admin/Finance/IT support teams for the smooth running of team administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Must have a relevant post graduate degree from a reputed institution - this would include MBA from reputed Indian or international B-Schools

- Should have 10+ years of relevant prior experience

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. - he/she should be able to make impactful documents, presentations etc. using these applications

- Should have prior experience with managing and leading teams and handling multiple projects/work streams simultaneously

- Should have prior experience of working on various research databases for primary / secondary research, such as Avention, APQC, and Nexis, IBIS World etc.

- Work experience with similar captive units of reputed consulting firms or with front-end consulting looking at moving into a captive unit for the right reasons

- Should have strong inter-personal skills to handle clients, difficult situations, employees and pressure situations
