Job Description :

Overall Responsibility :

Responsible for execution on client engagements (across industries), maintaining a strong relationship with senior client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. Must have a solid understanding of client's business and be able to demonstrate technical competence in their product group and industry. Ensure quality and satisfaction on engagements. Must be able to clearly articulate the value drivers of our business, and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Responsible for job economics and for ensuring timely close and billing of projects. Will be expected to support MD/D/AD in business development activities.

Ability To Travel :

- Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments.

Educational & Professional Credentials :

- Professional Qualification

- Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) will be a plus

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills :

- 7-9 years of relevant professional experience

- Excellent technical Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies.

- Hands on experience in handling Fraud Risk Assessment, Fraud Detection, Forensic Investigation, Fraud Analysis, FCPA AND/OR Anti-Fraud Management etc.

- Currently work with the Forensic Services group

- Have substantial professional experience in Forensic Services in India.

- Have led Indian elements of international anti-corruption (i.e. FCPA) matters (investigations, assessments or due diligences).

- Have a deep understanding of the basic elements of forensic services, including investigations, fraud risk reviews, corporate intelligence and data analytics.

- Work together with data engineers and intelligence professionals to bring all relevant information to bear in investigations.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to write clear and concise reports and make clear and concise verbal presentations.

- Interpersonal skills - ability to interact at the highest levels professionally with clients and staff.

Required Knowledge & Skills :

- Perform forensic investigations and fraud risk reviews.

- Carry out assignments in accordance with prepared budgets and deadlines.

- Draft reports on findings and recommendations.

- Identify opportunities within the Indian market place.

- Prepare proposals for clients that show an understanding of client needs and our plans to meet those needs.

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs

- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

- Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Must have ability to multi-task

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven Business Development skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills

- Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress
