The Firm is seeking to recruit bright and passionate individuals (Consultant, Senior Consultant) who have relevant work experience and skills in the Financial Services Industry. The role will primarily involve executing or managing client engagements in Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance and Advisory domains. The role is based in Mumbai, however will require travel across India and International Locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understanding the client's requirements and writing clear client proposals that articulate the specialized domain skills.

- Conducting interviews with clients, analysing the facts, establishing hypotheses, & deriving conclusions.

- Delivering concise deliverables that are tailored to the client's business, and requirements, in a timely fashion.

- Track all new FSI regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI,AMFI etc) and assist in developing client solutions to enable the Firm's Go to Market Strategy.

- Independently execute assignments. Typical assignments will include conducting internal audits, SOX reviews, internal control reviews, business advisory, process re-engineering, policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, operational risk, fraud risk etc.

- Establish good relationships with client personnel (at appropriate levels) by understanding client's perspective.

Desired Profile

- Candidates with 1-5 years- experience in Financial Services, preferably in internal audit, SOX, operational risk, consulting and/or industry.

- CA (1st attempt preferred) /MBA (from a top tier business school) with a commerce background and strong Financial Services Industry focus would be preferred.

- Good understanding of any of the financial services industries i.e. Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Insurance etc would be preferred

- Sound understanding of internal audit, internal control & SOX methodologies, business process reengineering, operational risk, regulations etc.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.

- Strong inter-personal, analytical skills and management skills.

- Good oral and written communication skills including report writing

- Able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress. Open to travel as per client requirements. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.

- Able to multi-task and travel (India and International) as necessary to meet client needs.
