- Consulting Domain: We undertake projects in the areas of Internal Audit, Risk Consulting, Business Improvement, IT Consulting and Forensics.

- The Manager role in Technology consulting is a strategic role and requires multi-dimensional capabilities where the individual should have strong experience in managing diversified projects (Domestic and International engagements), team management and consulting skills to identify and convert business leads with the existing and prospective client's. The individual will also work with the Regional Directors and Practice Leads supporting market expansion, project delivery and other initiatives.

Desired profile:

- MBA with an Engineering background.

- 6+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry.

- Supervising, mentoring, and developing the Consultants and Senior Consultants assigned to his/her projects, along with providing longer-term career guidance and advice to Consultants and Senior Consultants

- Managing multiple projects and work streams simultaneously; most with dedicated teams responsible for execution.

- A diverse skill base in both Information Systems and Information Security with experience in delivering various consulting engagements like

- Implementation/Audits Support - ISO27001 and Business Continuity

- Exposure to Security architecture reviews, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing

- Performed or assisted clients on Data security privacy assessments

- Have Knowledge and experience in working on Cybersecurity related assessment

- Have strong exposure to various industry standards and compliances like ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISF and GDPR etc.

- Knowledge of information system architecture and security controls (i.e. firewall,IPS and router configurations, operating systems configurations, wireless architectures, databases, specialized appliances and information security policies and procedures)

- Professional Certification such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001/22301, CBCP, GIAC, CEH are strongly preferred

- Have exposure in proposal development and other marketing collaterals

- Experience in leading consulting firms would be preferred.
