Role :
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Taking initiatives in organizing recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process with efficiency and greater results
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Build a robust employee engagement strategy and drive implementation of the same
- Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiatives
Prerequisite :- Graduate (BTech / BSc) & MBA (HR) preferred
- Knowledge of head hunting, using social networking sites for sourcing
- Strong sense of stakeholder management
- Go-getter with a multi-tasking and assertive approach
