What does this role hold for you? - The National Head - Sales/Business Unit Head for PropTiger will lead a team of City Heads, to sell Primary properties through Direct sales Teams. - The person will be responsible for Revenues of the Business, and the Business Margin (revenue less sales CTC less marketing costs less seating costs). This will involve maintaining the teams at current size, by hiring to back-fill from the market, and manage attrition to low levels. - The National Head - Sales will be expected to review performance of all cities and work with the City Heads to ensure monthly revenue targets are met. - He will also liaise with Marketing and Technology functions to ensure adequate inputs to the Sales Teams from these functions. - The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be based out of Gurgaon.
