What does this role hold for you ?? - Responsible for Sales &amp; Functional Training for all Business Units - Responsible for all creating &amp; leading Behavioral &amp; Soft Skills training interventions for the entire organization in alignment with the training needs of various functions - Responsible for managing the L&amp;D team in all regions - Be the port of call for any solutions sought on skill &amp; people development - Responsible for managing and developing content which will include both instruct Led and e-Learning module - Responsible for managing the allocated budget for the L&amp;D function &amp; creatively finding solutions to optimize the same - Reporting to Group CHRO Apply if you have- - 12-15 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development domain - Experience of conducting Sales &amp; Functional Training - Experience of Developing &amp; Conducting Leadership Developmental training interventions - Experience of Developing &amp; Conducting Soft skills and Behavioral trainings - Experience of launching &amp; maintaining LMS &amp; E-learning - Experience of conducting &amp; Developing B2B &amp; B2C sales training - Knowledge of Adult learning principles &amp; ADDIE model - Experience of leading a team of trainers - Experience of managing L&amp;D budgets - A good network of 3rd party learning providers - Strong command on language, written as well as spoken - Strong interpersonal skills and are an extrovert - Desire to work in a fast-paced culture Know more about us- Know more about us and our team, visit www.housing.com, www.proptiger.com &amp; www.makaan.com, www.fastfox.com
