What does this role hold for you?

We, in the L&D department, lead from the front. We not only train people on Selling and soft skills but we also demonstrate that in real life with real customers.

This role would encompass the following:

a) Constantly work with the regional sales team and other non-sales departments understanding their training needs

b) Taking care of all training needs for the new joiners and ensure that they start performing in their roles within a month's time

c) Train new joiners of other non-sales departments on job related skills

d) Conduct refresher/updates trainings for the sales team

e) Help trainees on the field in closing deals

f) Help in improving the overall productivity of the branch and concentrating on reducing the number of front-line sales folks getting into the bottom quartile of performance

Apply if you have:

a) Hands on experience in field sales training

b) Experience in conducting sales training for feet on street profiles

c) Conducted various soft skills and behavioral training sessions

d) Gone through a formal TTT on facilitation skills

e) Sound knowledge of Adult learning principles

f) Good presentation skills

g) Understanding of the concepts of designing training material

h) Understanding of ADDIE methodology
