What does this role hold for you.??

The incumbent shall work closely with Leadership team on strategy & corporate initiative for REA India (Housing, PropTiger & Makaan.com) by taking care of special projects implementation, business reviews, stakeholder management, Competitive intelligence, Market research, growth initiatives, and internal communication with cross functional collaboration.

Major responsibilities include the following:

- Work with Leadership team on strategy and corporate initiatives for REA India , build strong understanding of company's strategy & operations, drive implementation of short & long-term strategy & reviews

- Work with Leadership team & functional stakeholders in India & Australia on special projects from project planning till final implementation aimed to bring efficiencies.

- Responsible for conducting Business Reviews monthly & quarterly at the REA India level , cross-functional and cross-geographical stakeholder management discussion across REA Group to drive strategic growth agenda & reviews for the leadership team.

- Research & analyse data on competitive landscape , industry and economy and provide actionable insights & recommendation to management

- Work on Investor relations and help the leadership team in analysis & reviews related to the group performance and future investments

- Work cross-functionally with Product & Tech, Marketing, Sales, BI, Finance, Operations and HR teams to align on business objectives

- An educational background of a CA/ MBA with a relevant experience of 5+ years

- Proven experience of working with Senior stakeholders and delivering quality work within timelines.

- Excellent analytical and interpretation skills with a strong grip on data and power point presentation skills.

- Proven experience of working in Market Research, Strategy and Project Management.

- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Interpersonal Skills

- Extensive experience of working with CxO level- managing presentations/meetings, requirement gathering, project planning & management
