Job Description for Manager Finance

Detailed JD:

- Periodic closure of books of accounts;

- Conversion of accounts as per IFRS;

- Financial & Investors reporting;

- Analysis of financial data and making meaningful reports for the consumption of management;

- Supervision of regulatory compliances (viz. Service-tax and Income-tax)

- Preparation of Budgets and variance analysis of actuals with budgets;

- Liaison with Internal & Statutory Auditors;

- Handling team of accountants;

Skills Required:

1. Working knowledge of IFRS and good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards;

2. Good understanding monthly, quarterly and annual closure of financial books;

3. Understanding of Service-tax and Income-tax;

4. Expert knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word) is must;
