Roles and Responsibilities: - Problem Solving & Analysis - Understanding Business problems and arriving at solutions through data driven structured problem solving. Role will include periodic ad-hoc analysis basis business priorities - Data Modeling and Dashboarding - Using of Statistical methods and processes for data analysis and modelling - Understanding the current business - Marketing, Sales, Product and Supply Onboarding and enable business outcomes using appropriate Process Improvements and Technology platforms Desired Candidate Profile: - 2 to 4 years of experience in working as a Business Analyst in BI teams/Consulting Firms/Analytics Firms/Startups - Expert knowledge of data manipulation language such as SQL - Advanced knowledge of modeling tools such as R, Python (preferred) - Experience in Data Modeling and ETL will be preferred but not mandatory - Established expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying right metrics, layout, displays proficiency in building dashboards on Tableau/PowerBI using best practices and intuitive visualization - Ability to analyze business problem statements and propose data-backed interventions
