Proptiger - Area Manager - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)
- Working with the team closely to enhance the Brand Awareness and also to increase the sales.
- Managing Resale team for various Residential projects of Builders and Developers and clients for the secondary market.
- Guiding the team members Handling Cliental to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in the region.
- Making Site visits to clients in Residential projects.
- Meeting targets with Quarterly Deadlines and Business Development Operations.
- Documentation through team members in resale.
- Providing after sales services and assisting in Home Loans for the cliental.
Skill Set
- Should have hand on experience and thorough knowledge about of resale market / secondary market.
- Should have at least 4 years of experience in resale.
- Should have knowledge of resale documentation.
- Good communication skills.
