- Being responsible for the effective functioning of the entire zone

- Handling branch administration, distribution, channel management in multi-channel environment, dealer and distributor management and local marketing activities

- Being responsible for delivering sales growth as per the organization's objectives

- Handling a large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required

- Planning and strategizing to achieve zonal target through team

- Managing targets and conversion for every dealership through effective monitoring

- Checking and maintaining adequate manpower required to achieve sales target
