Job Role:
- Identification of growth opportunities : The main outputs will be developing a world-class offering for these markets using the insights gained from a thorough and perceptive grasp of client needs. - Implement the ideas using the appropriate distribution channels (voice, digital, and physical), continuously develop and enhance portfolio measures, establish a WOW segment, guarantee that these segments account for a sizable portion of bank business and portfolio expansion, and oversee the P&L of these segments.
- Customer Service : Knowing the customer life cycle and pitching the appropriate offer to the client for a deeper wallet and cross-selling; Working with the propositions team to create a client segment-based offer that includes the whole ecosystem, which includes the company's business firms, promoters, family, individual/proprietary firms, private/public limited companies, supply chain, and other shareholders.
- Stakeholder and Channel Management - This function involves deep insights of customers' expressed / unstated needs and generating evergreen propositions to support the cycle of existing portfolio. Constantly share rapport with the operating units to customise and develop solutions.
- Branding - This position involves developing evergreen proposals to support the cycle of the current portfolio and gaining deep insights into the declared and unstated needs of the customers. Marketing and communication plan with a clear implementation schedule to highlight the bank's offerings
- Relationship management with customers - Concentrate on the numerous consumer touchpoints. focusses on the Bundled Proposition's Pricing in conjunction with the relevant Product Team.
- Digital - Shown how using technology and digital tools to develop relevant products and experiences that delight and address customer concerns has been helpful. Ideally with expertise in the Fintech sector, meaning they have a track record of demonstrating their understanding of the nexus between tech and product. Our goal is to present the proposal in a digital format. In order to accomplish this, the proposal leads will have to create new goods (via product teams) that are intended for digital consumption in addition to defining the proposition.
