Proposal Manager - Mfg

Primary Responsibility

- Leading the team of Proposal Engineers

- Meeting the weekly targets for proposals set by sales team

- Ensuring that the proposals are technically and commercially accurate

- Understanding client requirements and guiding the proposal team for making schemes and designs accordingly.

- Ensuring that the proposals are made in given time frame

- Scheduling, maintaining the activities of proposal team

Education - B.E. Chemical

Additional Information

- Thorough understanding of various unit operations in water treatment (preferably for high purity water)

- Ability to run, check and understand reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration projection.

- Expertise in design of overall water treatment system, starting from reading and understanding of raw water analysis reports to final desired water quality.

- Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics and piping design

- Expertise in sanitary ss 316 l and process piping for pharma/ diary application and in sizing and design of various water treatment equipments.

- Proficient in MS Office

- Exposure to any ERP system
